Ed here with more news from the Mediterranean. Well, I don't know about you, but I've had enough Winter for one year. Isn't it supposed to be Spring already? After all, Passover and Easter are coming in the next two weeks.
With that in mind, let me remind you that we have a whole new lineup of oven ready meats designed to make your holiday preparations even easier than before. (See menu below.) Please order in person or by phone. All lamb orders for Easter MUST be received by this Friday, April 7th.

Cheesemeister Greg has traveled to Vermont for his latest finds:
- From Woodstock Farms in Weston, Vt. - Jersey Girl - a cows' milk Tomme style cheese with a semi soft paste with a cultured butter aroma. Features a smooth mouthfeel and a sharp, lingering butter finish.
- From Grafton Cellars comes Holden Trail - a raw sheeps milk cheese similar to Italian Grana Padano, with sweet tropical undertones. A new artisan release from Grafton Village ( only 2,000 lbs. are made, and we control over 1% of all that's available in America!)
- From Bonnie View Farm (in the same family since 1890) comes Patmos Peak - a semi hard Alpine style cheese with a buttery, lemony curd made from raw sheeps and cows' milk.
